If your membership lapses, the QR scan page will show a message that the tag is inactive. Your pet's profile data is never deleted — once you renew, everything comes back online instantly.

Yes! You can add additional tags anytime from your dashboard for $65 each ($10 off per additional tag). Each pet gets their own QR code and profile. Your base $30/year membership covers your first pet, and each additional pet is just $5/year — added to your existing annual renewal.
How do I set up my pet's profile?
After purchasing, you'll receive an activation email. Click the link to set your password, then log in to your dashboard where you can add your pet's name, photo, and your contact details.
